Help Abused Dog With Two Broken Legs Walk Again

Animals arrive daily at shelters in need of medical care, like poor Noah.

Witnesses reported seeing the emaciated dog dragged through the street by his ear and scruff. When law enforcement intervened, they found a dog who had been pushed to the brink of survival suffering from two broken legs, numerous abrasions, and other injuries consistent with prolonged neglect and physical abuse.
